Prices & Taxes
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All credit cards transactions will be charged in Australian dollars. At present, The Phantom Zone PTY LTD is only shipping to Australian addresses. Please inquire for any International Orders.
Standing Orders/Pre-orders & Subscriptions
All ongoing or pre-orders will require a Credit Card on file with us, once you have been set up as a "Standing Order" you will be able to add titles/issues/items to your hearts content. There are no minimum or maximum number of titles/items/magazines that you can have on your order. Contact us directly for all relevant information regarding this type of order.
All Credit Card information is securely stored as per PCI Security Standards.
According to Australian Consumer Law, The Phantom Zone PTY LTD is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt. NB. We are not responsible for any changes to cover or content due to publisher alteration.
Where goods have not been collected for a period of time, the Phantom Zone follows the procedures set down by the Uncollected Goods Act 1995
to dispose of the goods and to cover any costs involved in repairing and/or storing the goods.

Credit Cards will be charged as items are shipped from our store. For partial shipments, courier costs will only be charged for the first shipment to be dispatched.
From Shop orders are only available to customers who have current 'Standing Orders' with The Phantom Zone Parramatta shop front.
"In Stock" & "Sold-Out"
For "Latest Releases" items that are listed as "Sold Out", please enquire as to the availability of re-orders at firstname.lastname@example.org Many items arriving each week are individual customer orders that we do not intend to carry as general stock, however we may be able to order them in for you. "In Stock" should reflect stock avaliable in store, however if an order is received for an item that is currently not in store, and a delay of more than two weeks is expected, we will notify you and ask if you wish to cancel the order, or wait for it to be restocked.
All orders received for items that are in stock will ship as quickly as possible. We currently use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Please ensure that your delivery address is a day-time address that can be signed for.
